성경을 읽고나서

 

올 2월경, 엄마께서 나와 형에게 성경통독을 제안하셨다. 우리가 성경을 읽기 시작했을때 나는 어쩔수 없이 하는 느낌이었다. 그래서 그시간이 지루했고 성경을 읽고 싶지 않았다. 하지만 엄마께서 우리가 성경읽기를 꼭해야 한다고 하셨다. 그래서 난 순종했고 성경전부를 계속해서 읽게 되었다.

성경읽기가 끝나기까지 6개월이 걸렸다. 2월에 시작해서 8월초에 끝이 났다. 성경읽기를 하는 동안 나에게 가장 힘들었던 것은 1장부터 20장까지 한번에 읽기 같은 긴 장을 읽는 것이었다. 그건 약 45분이나 걸렸다! 성경읽기에 가장 방해되었던 것은 잠잘 시간이 되었을 때였다. 난 졸린데, 엄마는 항상 우리가 성경을 읽어야 할 것을 잊지않고 말씀하신다는 것이다. 성경통독을 마쳤을때 더이상 성경을 읽을 필요가 없다고 생각하니까 난 정말 기뻤다. 하지만 곧바로 실망하게 되었다. 왜냐하면 엄마께선 우리가 성경읽기를 또 해야 한다고 말씀하셨기 때문이다. 여전히 지금도 나는 성경읽기를 다시 하고 있다.

성경을 읽고나서 내가 배운 것은 내가 죄인임에도 불구하고 하나님은 나를 사랑하신다는 것이다. 그리고 하나님은 항상 나와 함께 하신다는 것을 알게 되었다. 솔직히 성경을 읽는다는 것이 나에게 있어 쉬운 일이 아니다. 하지만 이번 읽기때는 어려움이 있더라도 성경읽기를 즐길 수 있게 되기를 바란다.

 

After I Read the Bible

 

On this February, my mom suggested me and my brother to read all the books in the bible. When we started to read the bible, I felt forced. So, I was bored of this and I wouldn’t like to read the bible, but our mom said that we should read the bible. So I obeyed and continued to read it all.

           It took 6 months to finish reading. We started at Feb. and ended at the beginning of Aug. While I was reading, the hardest thing for me was to read a long chapters like reading chapter 1 through 20 at once. It took about 45minutes! The most interrupting part for me was when it was time to sleep.  I felt sleepy but she always reminded us to read it. When I finished reading the bible, I felt very happy because I thought I didn’t need to read the bible anymore. But soon I was disappointed because my mom said us to read the bible again. Even now I’m still reading the bible again. 

After reading the bible, I learned that God loves me even though I’m a sinner. And I found out that God will be always with me. To be honest, reading the bible isn’t easy for me to do. But this time I hope that I can enjoy reading the bible even if it is difficult.

중딩이 아니고 도현이는 초딩입니다. 초딩 3학년 4학년 둘중 하나입니다.
